For a select few Finca las Nubes offers world class homes for rent on a weekly and monthly basis. All the villas are individually owned. This is not a for profit venture. All proceeds go toward the continuing efforts of Finca Las Nubes to improve the environment and community. They are offered as an opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings and experience a self sustaining organic farm. Outstanding cuisine and service with big smile are provided with integrity and honesty. All houses are fully staffed with Nicaraguan personnel that are like family to us.
Dramatically perched home with three bedrooms each with private bath and porch. Infinity pool with swim up bar. Sleeps up to 6. All inclusive price for up to 6 people is $2400.00 per week.
Romantic two story villa with four bedrooms each with private bath and porch. Infinity pool with swim up bar. Sleeps up to 8. All inclusive price for up to 6 people is $2400.00 per week.
Expansive villa with eight bedrooms and six bathrooms wrapped around a natural style pool. Sleeps up to 16. All-inclusive price is $1800 per week plus $210 per each person for food.
Casa Sueño Real is our first house that we built here in San Juan del Sur. It is located just off the farm closer to town. As it is not on the farm it does not come all-inclusive, with all food included, as do the other houses. This property includes a main house with 2 master suites, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen/bar, all surrounding large flagstone patio, pool and palapa. It also includes a Guest house with full kitchen and bathroom.
Rates are $1,200 per week or $4000 per month.
